Ten Wu Fine Oolong is our finest Oolong tea available in tea bag form. Ten Wu is a green oolong tea which means it is baked less than dark oolong teas. Ten Wu tea grows on the Wusheh Mountain in central Taiwan at an elevation of about 4,000 feet (1200 m). This is one of the highest points where leaves for Oolong tea are grown. When brewed, it has a light golden hue, a smooth and rich taste, a uniquely refined aroma, and a long lasting refreshing aftertaste. Oolong tea is most commonly enjoyed in Taiwan and southern China, and is the tea of choice in many Chinese restaurants. Water at about 185°-195°F or 85°-90°C should be used for steeping.
